The Hellenic American Academy’s secure online application, completed through Gradelink, acts as an easy and efficient guide for families to stay on track throughout the admissions process.
There is a non-refundable application fee of $500 per student.
If you register before April 1, 2023, the $500 will be applied to next year’s tuition.
The online application creates a password-protected candidate file for your child, which you can access anytime. You will be able to upload information and get notifications when we process your documents.

Once your application is complete, we will contact you to schedule any needed evaluations and a family interview (parents and student(s)) with members of our Admissions Team. This interview provides time for parents to ask questions and share specific information about their child, as well as allows us to get to know your family better.
Parents will come away with a sense of the Academy’s culture and academic programs.
Students entering kindergarten-8thgrade may be required to take entrance exams or evaluations.
After the family interview and evaluations are completed, we will contact you regarding the final status of your child’s application or, in some cases, request additional information from you. The Admissions Team will review completed applicant files and render an admissions decision.
All applicants will receive an admissions decision notification upon completion of the process.
